1. About VitalCure

VitalCure is a technology platform and does not replace healthcare professionals or establish a doctor-patient relationship solely through your use of the Services.

You are responsible for:

Your use of third-party services may be subject to the applicable third party's terms and policies.
VitalCure is not responsible for services, content, availability, or practices that are controlled by independent third parties.

The Services, including the VitalCure name, logo, software, designs, interfaces, documentation, content, and other materials provided by VitalCure, are owned by or licensed to VitalCure and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. User-Provided Information
You retain ownership of information and content that you submit to or through the Services, subject to the rights necessary for VitalCure to provide the Services.
You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authorizations to provide information through the Services.
You authorize VitalCure to process such information as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services, consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.
9. Service Availability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless VitalCure and its officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of the rights of another party.

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws governing the relationship between VitalCure and the user, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Where a separate written agreement exists between VitalCure and an organization or customer, the terms of that agreement may govern where there is a conflict with these Terms.
